PIV Primer

A 100% solids, damp-tolerant, two-component polyurethane primer with excellent adhesion to both damp and dry concrete. It penetrates deeply into the substrate, sealing pores and strengthening the surface to provide a strong bonding base for waterproofing and protective coating systems.
